Dr. Sara Shapiro-Plevan is a passionate network weaver and facilitator. As the CEO and Founder of Gender Equity in Hiring Project (GEiHP), Sara is building an ecosystem and network to think collaboratively, creatively, and differently about aligning our employment practices with our Jewish values of equality and fairness. She challenges gender biases in hiring and employment processes across Jewish organizational life to help women and people of all genders rise to positions of leadership.
Fun fact: In 2019, over 700 individuals contributed data to GEiHP’s inaugural salary sharing spreadsheet experiment! The next iteration will be launched this spring.
