EMPOWERING JEWISH WOMEN LEADERS TO MAKE A COLLECTIVE IMPACT
The Global Jewish Women’s Leadership Network is a community of feminist Jewish women leaders who connect, collaborate, and collectively act to build women’s power and influence, create a more just and equitable world, and ensure an inclusive Jewish community.
We envision a vibrant global community in which our leaders are connected across organizations, sectors, generations, and geographies. The Network provides the connective tissue they need to strengthen one another’s leadership, build partnerships and coalitions, and make a collective impact.

Explore emerging issues, strengthen leadership, and exchange ideas and expertise with fellow Jewish women leaders and leading experts.
CONNECT
Build meaningful relationships across organizations, sectors, generations, and geographies and create opportunities for mentoring and mutual support.

Develop partnerships and coalitions around shared interests and priorities, share resources and expertise, and work across organizations to advance common goals.

WHY THE NETWORK?
Through The Collective, Elluminate has invested in, educated, elevated, and connected Jewish women nonprofit leaders and strengthened the organizations they lead. As our cohorts grew, so did the opportunity: to connect women across cohorts, issues, and geography and create greater possibilities for collaboration and collective impact.
The challenges facing Jewish life, women’s equality, and society are too complex and interconnected for any leader or institution to tackle alone. The Global Jewish Women’s Leadership Network provides the connective infrastructure for women to build relationships, share expertise, collaborate, and increase what they can accomplish together.
As the Network grows, members will help shape new opportunities for connection, learning, partnership, and collective action.
Network members are encouraged to join Elluminate at The Global Network Virtual Summit (March 2-3, 2026) and on our newly created virtual platform.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
Launched in 2026, the Network serves as the lifelong home of The Collective, Elluminate’s signature leadership advancement program, and builds on our decades of investment in Jewish women’s leadership. We also welcome Jewish women changemakers, aligned leaders, and philanthropists who share our mission and values. Our members work on a broad range of social change issues in the United States, Israel, and beyond.
