The Collective is Elluminate’s signature leadership advancement experience for feminist Jewish visionary nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors advancing a just and equitable society.

This unique space for Jewish women leaders amplifies their visibility, develops their strategic leadership skills, and deepens their relationships with colleagues and networks to accelerate their ability to create lasting social change.

Collective members are extraordinary women who lead organizations informed by their Jewish values, addressing intractable challenges in the US, Israel, and around the globe.

Leadership Advancement Experience

The Collective is an 18-month cohort based program that engages leaders in deep learning in feminist, Jewish and moral courage leadership. Participants will:

  • Enhance her capacity to work toward specific goals to advance a just and equitable society.
  • Strengthen ability to navigate and respond to challenges;
  • Share with and learn from peers
  • Weave a network for peer-to-peer collaboration across domains, values and geography
  • Build a larger network for  collaboration on a range of critical issues in the broader communities in which Elluminate operates.
  • Advocate for and accelerate social change, for their work and across their communities
  • Connect with lay leaders, funders and philanthropists who share values, interests and passions, eager to amplify feminist values in networked community
  • Receive grant funding for their organization
  • Receive funding for professional learning and development, and create action plans to support individual growth
  • Participate in virtual cohort learning, in-person retreats, and community events that enhance each leader’s professional journey
  • Upon the completion of 18 months of learning, join the Global Women’s Leadership Network

Elluminate is committed to creating a diverse cohort across race, age, sexual orientation, ethnic/cultural, and geographic difference, as well as leadership experience. We also are committed to including a cohort that reflects organizational diversity, including leaders of organizations of all sizes, budgets, staff, and those pursuing social change in different issue areas and using different strategies.
