Who:
Elluminate is a feminist women’s organization empowering Jewish women leaders and philanthropists working for equity and social change. Elluminate’s signature program, The Collective, trains, supports, and elevates Jewish women nonprofit CEOs working on today’s most emergent issues using a gender lens in the US, Israel and elsewhere around the world. As only 2% of charitable dollars go to programs focused on women and girls, Elluminate prioritizes supporting women leaders and calls on others to join them.

Over the past 15 years, she has provided clean water, energy and light to more than 5 million people across ten African countries, impacting 5.7 million people, while spreading a positive image of Israel across the continent. She was named one of the world’s top fifty most influential Jews by the Jerusalem Post in 2023, and in 2024 received the Bertie Lubner Humanitarian Award.

Results of Elluminate’s Five-Year Impact Report
Elluminate leadership will address the results of an independent Impact Report that focuses on the first five years of The Collective Leadership Program. In the fall of 2024, after five years of running The Collective, Elluminate commissioned Dr. Pearl Beck, a noted social and evaluation research consultant, to carry-out an impact evaluation, designed to determine which elements are working well, which aspects need improvement, and new directions for the future.

Announcement of the Elluminate Global Women’s Leadership Network
Elluminate leadership will announce the establishment of the Global Women’s Leadership Network, a new initiative to unite Jewish women CEOs, feminist philanthropists and advocacy organizations to address the unique challenges faced by women and to be a force multiplier for collaboration, leadership development, influence and impact.
