HELP SHAPE THE NEXT GENERATION OF JEWISH WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP

The Visionary Circle is a community of philanthropists, advocates, and individuals who share a commitment to advancing gender equity and social justice through a Jewish and feminist lens. The Visionary Circle is Elluminate’s leadership selection and grantmaking body. Each year, members embark on a unique five-month philanthropic leadership experience, participating in the selection of the next cohort of Jewish women nonprofit CEOs leading social change organizations who will join The Collective, Elluminate’s signature leadership advancement program. Collective leaders are on the front lines of today’s most pressing issues—advancing gender equity, strengthening democracy, combating antisemitism, protecting reproductive freedom, promoting religious pluralism, expanding economic opportunity, and creating a more just and equitable world.)

A TRANSFORMATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Together, members:

  • Learn about today’s most pressing social issues through the work of exceptional Jewish women leaders.
  • Review applications from inspiring nonprofit CEOs from the United States, Israel, and beyond.
  • Meet finalist candidates and hear firsthand about their organizations, leadership journeys, and vision for change.
  • Engage in thoughtful conversations with fellow members.
    Help select the ten women who will become the next Collective cohort.

Members consistently describe the Visionary Circle as one of the most meaningful and transformational philanthropic experiences of their lives. Beyond selecting leaders, they gain a deeper understanding of today’s challenges, build lasting relationships with fellow members, and become inspired by the extraordinary women leading social change.

ANNUAL COMMITMENT:

  • Timeline: January – May 2027
  • Format: In-person, hybrid, and virtual gathering options
  • Minimum $3,600, with additional giving opportunities available

This includes participation in the annual Visionary Circle experience, exclusive gatherings with Collective members, special learning opportunities, and invitations to Elluminate programs and events.
