Elluminate Roundtable

U.S.-Israel Women Leadership

Meet Israeli women leading change at the frontlines — and be part of what comes next.

Israeli women are leading at the frontlines of social change — under extraordinary pressure, and with vision, courage, and moral clarity. They are lawyers challenging injustice, activists defending democracy, feminists reshaping religious life, innovators closing economic gaps, and human rights leaders holding society together in moments of fracture.

Elluminate supports Israeli women leaders who are advancing democracy in the Middle East and collaborating across all divides to build a more just and inclusive future for all.

This Elluminate Roundtable offers a unique opportunity to meet these women, hear their perspectives, and engage directly with their work. This multi-part series is designed to be experienced in stages: start with the virtual roundtables to learn and engage in conversation, deepen understanding at the in-person NYC gathering, and witness leadership in action during the Fall 2026 Israel trip.

Experience leadership up close with Israeli women shaping Israel’s future.

For more than seven years, Elluminate has been in deep relationship with these leaders through The Collective, Elluminate’s leadership advancement program for women CEOs. Each year, ten women are selected into The Collective, including Israeli women; over time, this has grown into a vibrant network of 22 Israeli women leaders whose work spans democracy, equity, social justice, and feminist leadership. Since October 7, their leadership — and their voices — have become even more essential, offering an unfiltered gender lens on trauma, resilience, and the future of Israeli society.

This is not a lecture series.
It is a journey into leadership.

Through this experience, you will learn about the status of women in Israel and see firsthand how Israeli women leaders are advancing equity, strengthening civil society, and building a more just and resilient society—while connecting these insights to the global network of women leaders cultivated through The Collective.
