For more than eight years, Elluminate has invested in Israeli women nonprofit CEOs through The Collective, building a community of women leaders working across Israeli society. Today, these women are strengthening civil society, advancing gender equity, protecting rights, building bridges across communities, and helping shape Israel’s future.

Our Journey brings us together with these leaders to learn from one another, experience their work firsthand, and explore the challenges and possibilities facing Israel today

Our itinerary will take us across Israel—from national institutions and centers of decision-making to communities rebuilding after October 7 and organizations working on the frontlines of social change.

Along the way, we will:

  • Meet Elluminate’s Israeli Collective members and experience their work firsthand.
  • Engage with national and local leaders and decision-makers.
  • Visit communities and organizations advancing social change.
  • Explore the impact of October 7 and the ongoing work of resilience and rebuilding.
  • Examine leadership, democracy, gender equity, security, shared society, and civil society through a gender lens.
