How to Apply to Cohort 7 of The Collective (Summer 2025 – Spring 2027)
We are currently seeking exceptional women to apply for Cohort 7 of The Collective, Eluminate’s signature program, which includes a two-year leadership advancement program and global Jewish women’s leadership network. To learn more about The Collective, click here.
Each year ten Jewish entrepreneurial women nonprofit CEOs and leaders are selected through a competitive process. Cohort members have access to a wide range of offerings including: professional development, leadership advancement opportunities, community events, grant funding for your organization, and more. The cohort will participate in a two-year immersive program with bi-monthly zoom sessions, in-person retreats, grant funds, benefits, and more.
The application process begins with a pre-application to reflect your interest and assess eligibility. Those who are invited to apply will then submit a full application. We encourage those interested to apply.
To be eligible to apply, you are the following
- Self-identified woman (including cisgender, transgender, and non-binary women)
- Jewish (at any level of observance)
- Senior-most professional at a registered non-profit organization, with either a valid 501(c)(3) (or the equivalent in your country) or a fiscal sponsor
- Leader of an organization working to create social change
- Entrepreneurial leader applying Jewish values and a gender lens
Candidates may work anywhere in the world. Candidates work in the Jewish community by: 1) leading organizations effecting change inside the Jewish community, 2) representing the Jewish community in the public sphere, or 3) leading a secular organization.
Elluminate strives to build cohorts that reflect the full diversity of Jewish life, including a variety of experience, age, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability status, family status, and any other identity.
Elluminate’s Collective Application Timeline and Process:
Step 1. Submit a pre-Application – Due Tuesday, October 29, 2024
Pre-applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, until October 29th.
We encourage you to submit your pre-application as early as possible.
Those who meet the criteria and are invited to the next stage of the process will receive a full application to complete.
Step 2. Full Application – Due Friday, December 6, 2024
The applications will be reviewed by Elluminate’s decision-making committee. finalists will be invited to participate in a Zoom interview by the end of February 2025.
Finalists will be notified of their status by June 2025.
