Idit Klein, advocates for LGBTQ equality in Jewish life. Under her leadership as the President and CEO of Keshet, the organization has supported tens of thousands of rabbis, educators, and other Jewish leaders to make LGBTQ equality a communal value and imperative. Idit founded Keshet in 2001 and built it from a local organization with an annual budget of $42,000 to a national organization with an annual budget of over $4 million.
