March 8, 2026 — In celebration of International Women’s Day, we honor the bold, visionary women leaders in The Collective, our leadership advancement experience, who are shaping a more just and equitable world.

Women leaders are reimagining what’s possible — guided by Jewish values to repair the world and advance justice through a gender lens.

At a moment when women around the world are facing escalating challenges, Elluminate elevates and supports women who are having an impact in so many areas, including reproductive rights, human trafficking, gender justice, gun violence prevention, antisemitism, women’s leadership in Israel, and so much more. We also support our leaders to build partnerships, collaborations and make a collective impact through our new initiative Global Jewish Women’s Leadership Network.

Today, we pray for the safety of our Israeli Collective members who continue to hold up civil society during wartime, and we stand with Iranian women who seek freedom for bodily autonomy and human rights.

COLLECTIVE HIGHLIGHT:
According to Collective member Avital Blonder, CEO of MANOF:
“55–60% of Israelis do not have direct access to a protected room within their home, and 35% of Israelis have no accessible space to protect them from rocket fire. These residents are mostly the elderly, single mothers, and low-income families. Every alarm is a race against time. We are working around the clock to ensure the most vulnerable are not left behind during an emergency crisis and to upgrade urban facilities throughout the year to ensure safety for all.”
