Collective Cohort Eight brings together ten accomplished Jewish women leaders from across the United States and Israel who are advancing social change through innovative nonprofit leadership. Representing organizations focused on gender equity, education, disability inclusion, LGBTQ+ rights, reproductive justice, community organizing, family law, social justice, youth empowerment, and the prevention of sexual abuse, these leaders are addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing their communities today.

Through their work, they are expanding opportunity, strengthening belonging, amplifying marginalized voices, and building more equitable and inclusive societies. Elluminate is committed to investing in their leadership through a Jewish and gender lens, fostering a powerful network of changemakers and strengthening their capacity to lead transformative impact within their organizations and beyond.
